GEWIN, Circuit Judge:
Appellant Theriault was convicted, under count one of a three-count indictment, of wilful depredation of federal property and was sentenced to ten years. Under a second count he was convicted of assaulting Correctional Supervisor Schlonga and sentenced to three years. Under a third count he was convicted of assaulting Correctional Supervisor Herberger and sentenced to three years.
