Shawn Hall, the defendant, was convicted after a two-day trial in the District Court, of larceny from a person, G. L. c. 266, § 25(b), and breaking and entering at night with the intent to commit a felony, G. L. c. 266, § 16. On appeal, the *728defendant argues in eight assignments of error.that the Commonwealth’s evidence was legally insufficient, that the jury instructions were flawed, and that defense counsel’s performance fell below minimum constitutional standards. We affirm.
