On October 1, 1965, plaintiff John Hulett was arrested upon a warrant charging him with reckless driving, 1 and was brought before the defendant, Honorable J. B. Julian, a Justice of the Peace, Lowndes County, Alabama. This Court granted a temporary restraining order enjoining the defendant from trying the plaintiff. 28 U.S.C.A. § 2284(3).
