Goidl v. Advance Neckwear Co.

Saul Goidl instituted this suit for an injunction and for damages against Advance Neckwear Co., Inc., Arthur Goidl and wife, Johanna Goidl, and the Southwestern Bell Telephone Co. The trial court issued a temporary writ of injunction, but on appeal to the Court of Civil Appeals such writ was dissolved. 77 S. W. (2d) 598.
