I. INTRODUCTION
Plaintiffs Jonathan Tross and Theresa Tross (collectively, the “Trosses”) commenced this action against defendants Ritz Carlton Hotel Company, LLC (“RCHC”), Marriott International, Inc. (“Marriott”), and Ritz Carlton Virgin Islands (“RCVI”) (collectively, the “defendants”). The Amended Complaint (Doc. No. 36) alleges two counts.
