In this Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) reimbursement action, Defendant Bedford Central School District (“Bedford”) moves this Court to grant summary judgment in their favor and to dismiss Plaintiffs’ claims for lack of subject-matter jurisdiction. [Doc. 20]; Fed. R.Civ.P. 12(b)(1).
