Libellant, age sixty-seven, and respondent, age sixty-three, residents of Beaver County, Pa., were married on June 24, 1933. On December 5,1934, the husband filed his libel in divorce praying the marriage be declared null and void on the ground that at the time of the marriage, the wife had a husband, Adam Devore, who was still living and undivorced from her; to which an answer was filed averring certain facts as a defense hereinafter stated.
