Ocean A. G. Corp., Ltd. v. U.S.F. G. Co.

This action involves the respective liabilities of the parties as insurance carriers under an award made by the Industrial Commission of Arizona, which was reviewed and affirmed by this court in United States Fidelity Guaranty Co. v. IndustrialCommission et al., 42 Ariz. 422, 26 P.2d 1012. Appellee and cross-appellant instituted the action in the case below for subrogation and contribution against appellant and cross-appellee.
