Defendant SunDance Rehabilitation Corporation (“SunDance”) appeals the district court’s grant of summary judgment in favor of the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (“EEOC”) on cross-motions for summary judgment. The EEOC sued SunDance under the antiretaliation provisions of the Americans with Disabilities Act (“ADA”), 42 U.S.C. §§ 12117(a) and 12203; Age Discrimination in Employment Act (“ADEA”), 29 U.S.C. § 623(d); Equal Pay Act (“EPA”), 29 U.S.C. § 215(a)(3); and Title VII of the Civü Rights Act of 1964 (“Title VII”), 42 U.S.C. § 2000e-3(a), alleging that the…
