Plaintiff appeals from a judgment rendered in an action to quiet his title to 812% shares of stock of defendant Acampo Winery and Distilleries, Incorporated. The trial court determined that 750 shares claimed by plaintiff were the property of defendant Adams, while the remaining 62% shares were held to be the property of defendant Propper. Propper has since died and his administrator has been properly substituted. The appeal is taken on a bill of exceptions.
