Houghton Lake Community Schools, Board of Education (board) appeals an order of the Michigan Employment Relations Commission (MERC) requiring it to bargain with Houghton Lake Education Association (association) over the identity of a health insurance plan policyholder. We affirm.
This dispute concerns the board’s refusal to bargain over the Super-Med II medical insurance plan offered by the Michigan Educators’ Support Special Service Association (MESSA).
