The opinion and judgment issued by this Court on March 20, 1997, are withdrawn and the following opinion and judgment are substituted in their place.
This is an interlocutory appeal from an order denying a motion to stay litigation pending arbitration and granting a stay of arbitration. 1 Hal D. Miller, appellee, entered into a partnership agreement with BDO Seidman, appellant.
