Johnson, a spinster, died at Detroit, January 24, 1942, at the age of 67 years, and her will, executed at Windsor, Ontario, April 3, 1940, was presented to the probate court for Wayne county. Contestant and appellant Robert C. Bullard, a nephew, objected to its admission on the ground that the testatrix was not mentally competent to make a valid will.
