CAMPBELL, District Judge.

On November 11, 1909, the government filed its bill against the defendant, county treasurer of Okmulgee county, this state, praying an injunction restraining and enjoining him from offering for sale or selling any of the lands described in a certain schedule attached to the bill as Exhibit A, for the payment of taxes assessed against said lauds by the officers of said Okmulgee county, and enjoining him from receiving and collecting any taxes *864from-any of the allottees of the Creek Nation or tribe of Indians, or duly enrolled freedmen of said nation, levied and assessed…
