This is an appeal from a judgment of the Circuit Court of Brooke County in an eminent domain proceeding instituted by the Wheeling Electric Company, a West Virginia corporation, against the defendants Joseph C. Gist, Jr., Cleda W. Gist, his wife, and James B. Gist. The purpose of the condemnation proceeding was to obtain an easement for a 345,000 volt transmission line running' from Brooke County in West Virginia to Washington County, Pennsylvania.
