OPINION OF THE COURT
LYMBURNER, Judge:
Appellant was tried by a general court-martial composed of officer members. Contrary to his pleas, he was convicted of assault with a dangerous weapon, assault consummated by a battery upon a female child under the age of sixteen, burglary (two specifications), and committing an indecent act upon a male child under the age of sixteen, in violation of Articles 128, 129, and 134, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 U.S.C. §§ 928, 929, and 934 (1982) [hereinafter cited as UCMJ], respectively.
