Michael Winburn, who died in November, 1930, was survived by his wife, two sisters and numerous other relatives. His will makes particular provision for his wife and sisters and some of his other relatives, friends and many charitable organizations. One of his brothers, as an heir at law and next of kin, brought this proceeding for the construction of the forty-first paragraph of the will which deals with the residuary estate.
