The principal question involved on these appeals is whether without a warrant the entry and search of an apartment where the crime of possessing a controlled' substance, heroin, with intent to deliver, distribute, or dispense, was being committed and where the arrests on the charge took place, were lawful because justified by the circumstances and therefore not unreasonable.
