This is an action to recover on a note for $300 and to foreclose a mortgage on some property in McLoud to secure the síame. The note and mortgage were given by Mollie Ward to the plaintiff, Rebecca Hicks Couch. Before the action was filed Mollie Ward died, and plaintiff filed the action against Frank Ward, administrator of her estate, and against T. J. Lewis and Jack Lewis. The administrator filed a disclaimer. T. J. Lewis and Jack Lewis filed an answer pleading payment of the note sued on and a release by the plaintiff of the mortgage, and they alleged that after the mortgage was given the…
