— This suit was instituted by appellees against appellants for partition of a block of ground in the city of Houston, appellees claiming that they owned an undivided onelialf of the block and that appellants owned the other half. In their answer appellants denied the title of appellees and set up claim to the entire block. They alleged that the power of attorney and conveyance under which Yeagley, appellees’ vendor, claimed was procured by misrepresentation and fraud, and prayed that it be can-celled.
