MEMORANDUM AND ORDER
JOSEPH S. LORD, III, Chief Judge.
This action for breach of warranty was commenced by the issuance of a writ of foreign attachment. 1 Defend ant, Industria Termotecnica Campana, S. p. A. (“ITC”) has moved to dismiss for lack of jurisdiction. Intervenor, Banco di Roma, has moved to vacate and dissolve the attachment. 2 Both ITC and Banco di Roma have moved for protective orders staying all discovery, including but not limited to plaintiff’s interrogatories. 3
