Appeal from the Circuit Court of Cook county; the Hon. M. F. Tuley, Judge, presiding. John Buckingham died testate on August 21, 1881, leaving a widow, Kate M. Buckingham, and three sons, John, Harry and Clifford, and two daughters, Alice B. Morrison, wife of Daniel W. Morrison, and Eva Buckingham. Alice B. No question arises as to the validity or invalidity of any of ;the provisions in the lease executed by the railroad company to the firm of J. & E. Buckingham, nor is there any controversy as to the interests of the widow and the three sons in the estate of the testator. The only matter in dispute relates to the interests of the testator’s two daughters, Alice B. Morrison and Eva Buckingham.
