Mohinder Gulia, Nitin Gulia, and Sandeep Gulia appeal from the order of the Superior Court of Forsyth County denying their motion to set aside an order confirming a nonjudicial foreclosure sale. The Gulias contend that notice of the foreclosure hearing that they received was insufficient under OCGA § 44-14-161 (c). For the reasons explained below, we affirm.
