LAMAR, Justice,
for the Court.
¶ 1. David Welde was convicted in the Circuit Court of Itawamba County of one count of capital murder and one count of conspiracy to commit capital murder in the death of Donald Gilliard. Following a jury trial, Welde was sentenced to life imprisonment without parole in the custody of the Mississippi Department of Corrections. Welde now appeals to this Court, asserting that the trial court erred in admitting evidence of Welde’s alleged prior bad acts and also in denying Welde's motion for change of venue.
