OPINION AND ORDER
GRAHAM, District Judge.
This bankruptcy appeal was filed on August 2, 1993. The appellant-creditor, United States of America, filed its brief in support of the appeal on September 17,1993. Pursuant to Rule 8009(a)(2) of the Federal Bankruptcy Rules, the appellee was to file a brief in opposition to the appeal within fifteen (15) days after the filing of appellant’s brief.
