This is an appeal by an injured employee from tbe award of tbe Commission, composed of tbe Governor, Commissioner of Health .and tbe Commissioner of Labor, commonly called tbe Compensation Appeal Board, created by section 57, chapter 68, Acts 1925, to review ithe awards of tbe Compensation Commissioner.
