JO ANN C. STEVENSON, Chief Judge.

The principal issue before this court is whether cause exists or it is in the interests of the creditors, equity security holders and the bankruptcy estate to appoint a Chapter 11 trustee.

The question presented in this Motion arises in a case referred to this court by the Standing Order of Reference entered by the United States District Court for the Western District of Michigan on July 24, 1984. The bankruptcy court has jurisdiction over this case pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1334(b). This is a core proceeding under 28 U.S.C. § 157(b)(2)(A) and (O).…
