This suit was instituted in the district court of Tulsa county, Okla., on May 9, 1921, by the Bank of Quapaw, a corporation, plaintiff, against Challes W. Flint and Roy Lundy, defendants, for the recovery of $750 together with interest and attorney’s fee, as evidenced by a certain promissory note bearing date of October 1, 1920, executed by the defendants.
