This appeal is from a conviction of the felony of receiving stolen property in the city of St, Louis and a sentence of imprisonment in the state penitentiary for two years.
The main questions are the sufficiency of the proof of the corpus delicti and the admissibility in evidence of an extra-judicial confession in the alleged absence of such proof.
