Before the Court is Plaintiffs’ Motion for Attorney Fees and Costs (“Motion”), filed *1070January 7, 2014.1 Clerk’s No. 26. The affidavit submitted by Plaintiffs’ counsel in support of this Motion states that “Plaintiffs are seeking an award of fees and costs in the amount of $15,507.82.” Ex. B (Aft. in Supp. of Award of Attorney Fees and Costs) (Clerk’s No. 26-3) ¶7.
