|! This matter comes before the Court on the recommendation of the Judiciary Commission of Louisiana (hereafter, “the Commission”) that Judge William A. Mor-vant, of the Nineteenth Judicial District Court for the Parish of East Baton Rouge, State of Louisiana, be publicly censured and ordered to reimburse to the Judiciary Commission the costs incurred in the investigation and prosecution of this case.
