Appeal from the chancery court of Quitman county. Hon. M. E. Denton, Chancellor. Bill for injunction by the Carrier Lumber & Manufacturing Company against the board of supervisors^ of Quitman county, and others. From a decree overruling a motion to dissolve an injunction, defendants appeal. The facts are fully stated in the opinion of the Court. Boards of supervisors are vested with full jurisdiction over roads, ferries and bridges by the Constitution of the state.

1Opinion of the CourtReed, J.

The appellees, owners of land on the east bank of the Cold Water River, filed their bill against the appellant, seeking an injunction restraining the construction of a levee or dam across a certain bayou running out from the west side of the river, and also praying that, upon the final hearing, a dam or levee already constructed across another bayou should be ordered removed.
