JOHNSON, Judge.
Ford Motor Credit Company (Ford Motor Credit) appeals from an order entered by the Harlan Circuit Court denying its motion for summary judgment and holding that Ford Motor Credit failed to give proper notice of the date and time that appellee’s repossessed car would be sold. We reverse and remand.
