Appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court at Special Term (Klein, J.), entered March 2, 1982 in Ulster County, which dismissed petitioner’s application, in a proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78, as untimely. Petitioner owns a horse farm in the Town of Crawford, Orange County, and a noncontiguous 15-acre parcel in the Town of Shawangunk in Ulster County about l1/* miles from the horse farm.
