On April 8, 2009, the Court granted in part and denied in part (doc. # 153) plaintiff Suzy Isenberg’s motion for reconsideration. The basis of the Court’s ruling was that defendant Chase Bank U.S.A., N.A. (“Chase”) had provided inadmissible evidence in support of the damages calculations it used in its motion for default judgment. See United States Use of M-CO Constr., Inc. v.
