MEMORANDUM OPINION
ALBERT E. RADCLIFFE, Bankruptcy Judge.
This matter came before the court on the debtor’s objection to the claim of James Haas (creditor). After a hearing where argument was heard, the matter was submitted.
BACKGROUND
On August 26, 1997, debtor filed her petition for relief herein pursuant to Chapter 13 of the Bankruptcy Code. On October 29,1997, creditor filed his proof of claim in the amount of $8,629.54.
