Defendant-appellant John Doe appeals from an order of conviction and sentence entered on July 10, 2000 in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York (Sterling Johnson, Jr., Judge) following his guilty plea to one count of conspiracy to import cocaine into the United States in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 963. The district court imposed a sentence of 262 months imprisonment, which Doe is currently serving, as well as five years of supervised release and a $100 special assessment.
