This court is asked to grant three requests embodied in papers bearing the *947title of a “motion,”1 but which in substance constitute a press release. The Skolnick papers purport to relate to a case pending before this court, Agran et al. v. Isaacs et al., 69 C 773.2 First, Sherman H.
