Plaintiff Frontage Development Corporation (“Frontage”) brought this action pursuant to G.L.c. 79 for assessment of damages against defendant, City of Boston (“City”), acting by and through its Public Facilities Commission, for taking plaintiffs property by eminent domain for public purposes. Frontage now seeks to exclude evidence from trial pertaining to testimony and a special jury verdict in a prior case in which Frontage was a party.
