SHANNON, Chief Judge.

The appellee-plaintiff began this suit as a foreclosure of a first mortgage against The Reef of Clearwater, Inc., and Alvin Cassel, Individually and as Trustee, and his wife, Ethel Cassel, with various other parties defendant. The Cassels are the sole appellants herein.

Among the parties defendant are various junior mortgagees or junior lienholders. The appellants filed their answer to the complaint, wherein they admitted the superiority of plaintiff’s mortgage to their claim to the mortgaged premises, but they alleged that their claim is superior to any of the other…
