This is an action of trespass on the ease brought by the plaintiff, Hazel Armstrong, administratrix of the estate of George J. Armstrong, deceased, against the defendants, Chicago and Western Indiana Railroad Company, a corporation (hereinafter referred to as C. & W. I. R. R.
