It appears that appellant’s cars, by a lease or an agreement with the Chicago and Western Indiana Bailroad Company, were permitted to run over a portion of the road of the Chicago and Western Indiana Bailroad Company, at a station to which several railroad companies ran, and from which their trains departed. By this agreement the Chicago and Western Indiana Bailroad Company retained the control of appellant’s passenger trains over that portion of its track; By it the servants of the lessor directed and controlled appellant’s servants and trains in coming in and going from the depot.
