*612OPINION REGARDING MOTION TO VACATE CONSENT JUDGMENT
BROTMAN, District Judge.
This Court entered a Consent Judgment in this action on June 2, 1994, to which all parties, including all claimants to the above-captioned parcels of land, with the exception of Defendant Newfound Corporation, stipulated on the record. In a subsequent Opinion and Order dated April 11, 1997, the Court denied a motion by Defendant Irvin A.
