ERROR TO THE DISTRICT COURT OF RAMSEY COUNTY. The Defendant below having been convicted of the crime of murder in the first degree, moved in arrest of judgment upon certain grounds which were claimed to be disclosed by the record, and which are enumerated in the opinion of the Court.

The Defendant was convicted of the crime of murder in the first degree at the May term of the District Court of Ramsey County. She moved the District Court for a new trial on ground of error claimed to have been committed on the trial by the Court. This motion was denied by tbe District Court, and the decision reviewed and affirmed by tbis Court, on the record being certified up by the Judge.
