ORDER REMANDING CASE
BARTLETT, District Judge.
Plaintiff seeks review of a final decision disallowing her claim for disability insurance benefits under Title II of the Social Security Act, (the Act), 42 U.S.C. §§ 401 et seq., and also her claim for supplemental security income (SSI) benefits based on disability under Section 1602 of Title XVI of *619the Act, 42 U.S.C. §§ 1381-1385. Section 205(g) of the Social Security Act, 42 U.S.C. § 405(g), provides for judicial review of a “final decision” of the Secretary of Health and Human Services under both Titles II and XVI.
