HALBERT, District Judge.
Petitioner has filed with this Court a petition for a writ of habeas corpus, challenging his custody by the Warden of the California State Prison at Folsom, pursuant to a commitment issued out of the Superior Court of the State of California in and for the City and County of San Francisco. The record discloses that petitioner has exhausted his available state remedies within the meaning of Title 28 U.S.C. § 2254.
