MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER
CARMAN, District Judge.
On January '8, 2003, Plaintiffs filed a motion asking this Court to reconsider its Memorandum Opinion and Order, dated December 19, 2002, Byrne v. Liquid Asphalt Systems, Inc., 238 F.Supp.2d 491 (E.D.N.Y.2002) (hereinafter “December Order”). The December Order granted Defendants’ motions to exclude the testimony of Plaintiffs’ expert witness, Mr. Alfred Harmon. Id. at 494.
