CLIFFORD, Justice.
The plaintiff, Alan Brubach, sustained personal injuries when he fell from the roof of the defendant’s ski chalet, which Bru-bach was helping to build. Brubach appeals from a judgment of the Superior Court, Sagadahoc County, denying his motions for a judgment notwithstanding the verdict and a new trial.
