ii Christopher Moore appeals from an order of the Pulaski County Circuit Court dismissing his petition for judicial review of a decision by the Arkansas Alcoholic Beverage Control Board (the Board) granting a liquor-permit application filed by Sarah Gildehaus. He argues that the Board’s decision to grant the application should be reversed because it violates a statutory prohibition of a permit holder either having an interest in more than one permit or directly or indirectly financially benefiting from the sale of liquor at more than one location.
