Plaintiff Miriam- Grussgott filed this action on September 16, 2016, alleging that Defendant- Milwaukee Jewish Day School, Inc. violated her rights under the Americans with Disabilities Act (“ADA”). (Docket #1). Defendant moved for summary judgment on October 19, 2016, arguing that it is a -religious organization, and that Plaintiff was a ministerial employee, rendering this dispute outside the.purview of the ADA.
